Do I need a permit to have a Nerf Party in my local Park?

Park reservation policies vary by city. Some parks operate on a first-come, first-served basis, while others may require reservations or special permits for events like birthday parties or group activities. It is the responsibility of the customer to secure any necessary reservations or meet specific requirements for the park location where the event will be held. We recommend contacting the local park services or city office well in advance to ensure all regulations are followed and your space is secured for your event

If my guests arrive at 1:00 pm what time should we start the Nerf battles?

We recommend starting the Nerf battles about 15 minutes after your scheduled party time to accommodate any late arrivals. For example, if your party is booked from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM and guests arrive between 1:15 PM and 1:30 PM, starting the battles shortly after they arrive ensures they don't miss out on any action. Please note that our schedule is tightly booked with multiple events each day, and starting late can impact subsequent parties. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a timely schedule for all our events.

Can we bring our own Safety glasses if we don't want to use yours?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own safety glasses. It’s mandatory for all participants to wear eye protection during the event. We provide complimentary safety glasses for all party packages except the basic package. For those booking the basic package, you can bring your own safety glasses or we can supply them for a small additional fee.

Are participants allowed to bring their own Nerf guns for the battles?

Absolutely, however we request that you only use ours bullets to avoid any bullet mix ups.  Nerf Rival bullets (yellow round bullets) are not allowed in our battles! Due to the velocity they travel.

Is it appropriate to tip our Nerf Party Host?

If you feel your host has delivered exceptional service, then absolutely!  As in any service industry, please do so only for exceptional service and base your gratuity on your level of satisfaction

What kind of Nerf Gun rentals do you provide?

We have tried just about every Nerf Gun made including motorized Nerf Guns.  We use Nerf Disruptors, Nerf Surgefires, Longarms, and a variety of X-Shot brand style blasters as the gun of choice. We use these Blasters as they can be loaded quickly, shoot far, are relatively accurate, and they don't jam very often!  These are all important factors when battling against opponents.

How much space is required for a Nerf Party?

A Nerf Party for about 20 participants will require a minimum space of about the size of a tennis court - about 80 ft x 40 ft.  Larger groups require larger space.

How do I book a Nerf party?

You can book by contacting us through our website, phone, or email. We recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date

What happens in case of bad weather

We can reschedule your party for another date or set up in a covered area if available. Please discuss backup options with us when booking.

 

Booking and Cancellations?

Once you submit your party information we will contact you and let you know if that date is available in our Nerf Party events Calendar. Once the invoice is emailed to you, we require the full amount to be paid within 7 days. .

 

All fees are refundable however, we will subtract 7% for charges we incur from our merchant account on the refund. If the event is canceled 90 minutes or less from the start time, we will refund 50% of the event fee.
