How do I book a Nerf party?
Submit an availability request through our website with your preferred date, time, location, and package. We'll confirm availability and send an invoice. A $100 deposit secures your date and time, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your party.
What is included in a Nerf party?
We bring the fun to you! Our packages include Nerf blasters, darts, inflatable bunkers, safety equipment, and an event host to organize the games. We handle setup and cleanup so you can enjoy the party.
What happens if it rains?
We can run parties in light rain when conditions are safe. If severe weather makes outdoor play unsafe, we'll work with you to discuss rescheduling or an appropriate covered location.
How much space do we need?
For approximately 20 players, we recommend a flat, open area around 80 × 40 feet (roughly the size of a tennis court). Larger groups may need additional space. Backyards, parks, and other open areas can work.
Can we host a Nerf party at a park?
Absolutely! Parks are a great option. Some locations require reservations or permits, so please check the park's rules and secure any necessary approvals before your event.
Can kids bring their own Nerf blasters?
Yes! Players are welcome to bring compatible Nerf blasters, but we ask everyone to use the darts we provide. Nerf Rival blasters and ammunition are not permitted.
Are safety glasses required?
Yes. All players must wear appropriate eye protection during gameplay. We provide safety equipment, and players may bring their own suitable safety glasses.
How long are the parties?
Our packages offer 60, 75, or 90 minutes of hosted Nerf gameplay, depending on the package selected.
When should guests arrive?
We recommend having guests arrive before the scheduled gameplay start time. Please plan for everyone to be ready when the session begins, as late starts may reduce playing time.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds are subject to a 7% processing deduction. Cancellations made 90 minutes or less before the scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Do you travel outside Vancouver?
Yes! We serve Vancouver, Clark County, and the Portland metro area. Locations outside our standard service area may require an additional $100 travel fee.
Is tipping the party host required?
Not at all! Tips are completely optional and always appreciated if you feel your host provided exceptional service.
